We’re Impact4 — a premium marketing agency helping U.S. brands expand into Saudi Arabia, and Saudi brands expand globally. We’re looking for a sharp, results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis and help us drive growth for our clients (and our agency) through paid media.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube)
- Build high-converting funnels and retargeting strategies
- Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and scale winners
- Work with our copywriter and designer to test creatives, headlines, and CTAs
- Set up and analyze conversion tracking, events, and pixels
- Report on key metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV, etc.
Who You Are
- 2+ years experience running performance campaigns for DTC, SaaS, or service-based brands
- Proven ability to lower CPA and increase ROI
- Comfortable with budget scaling, A/B testing, and funnel building
- Familiar with Lookalike Audiences, Broad Targeting, Retargeting
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools
- Bonus: Experience with Arabic-speaking markets or bilingual targeting
