Responsibilities

\[ Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition, identify maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with regulations.
\[ Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and analyse financial performance.
\[ Negotiate and manage lease agreements with tenants, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
\[ Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and fostering a positive tenant experience.
\[ Collaborate with legal, finance, and other internal teams to ensure effective property management.
\[ Stay informed about market trends, property values, and relevant regulations in the Saudi Arabian real estate market.
\[ Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the real estate market.
