- IT Infrastructure Maintenance – Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and communication systems within the camp.
- System Monitoring & Security – Monitor system performance, ensure data security, and implement cybersecurity measures to protect camp IT assets.
- User Support & Training – Provide technical support to camp staff, resolve IT-related issues, and train users on IT best practices and security protocols.
- Network & Communication Management – Set up and maintain wired and wireless networks, ensure stable internet connectivity, and manage VoIP or other communication systems.
- Hardware & Software Management – Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and specialized software required for camp operations.
- Data Backup & Recovery – Implement backup solutions and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and minimize downtime.
- IT Policy & Compliance – Ensure IT operations comply with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining documentation of IT assets and procedures.
- Collaboration with External Vendors – Coordinate with IT service providers and vendors for equipment procurement, maintenance, and software licensing.
- Incident Response & Troubleshooting – Quickly respond to IT incidents, diagnose problems, and apply effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Continuous Improvement – Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies, recommending upgrades and improvements for better efficiency and security.1.1.
