- Rectify comments and revisions in the BIM models as provided by the project team, ensuring the designs remain accurate and aligned with the latest specifications.
- Coordinate BIM models with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all design elements are integrated seamlessly.
- Use BIM software such as Navisworks to identify and resolve clashes during the design and coordination phase.
- Monitor design-related costs to ensure adherence to the project budget.
- Coordinate design schedules to ensure timely delivery and prevent delays in project timelines.
