Ø Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ø Bank reconciliation.
Ø Compute VAT taxes.
Ø Prepare balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Ø Weekly Audit and Inventory (Blu Jam Store).
Ø Petty cash.
Ø Budget forecasts.
Ø Daily entry sales invoices.
Ø Daily stock out and stock in report. Store POS System coordination, sales report, and Inventory.
Ø Daily and Monthly Sales Analysis.
Ø Daily stock damage waste report.
Ø Daily entry Purchase and market invoice (local & credit).
Ø Receiving delivery daily purchase.
Ø Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closing inventory.
Ø Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
Ø Manage all accounting transactions.
Ø Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Ø Coordination to Financial Accountant in Head Office (Focus System training).
